Add to alarm notification the resource

Currently the alarm notifier get from the message bus only the alarm without the resource that the alarm raised on.
Sometimes the notifier need data from the resource itself.
So in that blueprint the data that the process_event method of the notifier get would be also field called RESOURCE that would contain the resource vertex from the graph.
