realize a menu behavior like in mainmenus

Unfortunately a normal wx.Menu does not trace window- or focus-events like a window so we have to create our own menu object.

got ideas from (Grandmaster ^^) Gerold... I've solved the problems in a few days I think :)
* Flickering is gone!
* "Close On Outside-Click" works... I have more than one method. Sometimes it works on GTK and sometimes it works on Windows -.-
Currently I have no more time for this project since August.
