Improvements to Qemu static configuration

Improve Qemu configuration:
* Add missing parameters that are important, to the setting panel. If necessary, add new pages to the notebook.
* Make some of the existing actions "live" directly from the panel (add/remove network cards, block devices, device connections) using the cbset callbacks
