Merge some GUI elements and improve integration with base stellarium GUI

The requirements have to be discussed but the main ideas are:

  1- Merge the ListBrowser [selected] and top left info (selected object). The top left info could be itself a tree when a group is selected.
  2- Merge List Browser [all] and the Tree View/Filter windows.
  3- Move the target dock widget feature into the standard stellarium search window (Simbad search is already merged).
  4- Move the option dock widget features to a tab in a new virgo window which would appear in the left tool bar.
  5- Move the Data Resource dock widget features to a tab in a new virgo window which would appear in the left tool bar.
