Automatic start of a plastic hub

Some programs do start plastic hubs automatically when they are launched and when they detect that no plastic hub is already started.
Perhaps VirGO could do the same thing. This is a low-level blueprint.

We don't want to do that and prefer to rely on other external hub.
The main reason is that there is no source code for doing that in C++ and we don't have time to work on that.
