The interface should permit to be used by all rules that will apply to the text in Vidiwell.
It is better in this case to go back on the current system and to make the text formating rules object handle themselves the regex. It is necessary for further evolution, if we want to implement new type of tags with new type of regex, without changing the interface. (For example list formating)
