1 User -> 1 PIMO['PersonalInformationModel'] -> 1+ NCO['Contact']

Exported files contains the PIM and the 'owner' of that Knowledge Database so it's easy make connections between people and data.

Users has only one PIMO['PersonalinformationModel']. Differents PIMs with same NCO['Contact'] (owner) will be merged.

From PIMO Specification[1]: "Each element in a PIMO must be connected to the PIMO, to be able to track multiple PIMOs in a distributed scenario. Also, this is the way to find the user that this Thing belongs to."

So, in case that a user will be importing resources from another user, relations between those resources and that person will be written in the user KB
