A support volunteer in local community receives a wide range of requests, from simple problems like mouse not working because of empty battery to unsupported hardware drivers. it is imperative to triage these requests correctly and have a fluent protocol to ensure that members have their problems fixed and addressed correctly and completely.

~RR 04/17/2010: Full spec URL needs to be updated. Currently points to marketing URL. We should use Launchpad to host the draft process flow. This is not part of "Vancouver Ubuntu LoCo CMS" (now defunct) so we should probably fix that too.
