This probably requires exporting all the DBs, and saving a copy of all the meta files and mounts under /var/www.
Then updating the Vagrantfile to point to the new base image.
After the box has been provisioned anew, we can then import the DBs and meta files to restore the user's project setup.
Also, consider exporting the TLS cert, so user dosn't have to reinstall into their browser.
As this is a long process, the upgrade should be user-triggered and not performed automatically.
