Suggestion for CD for browser access to bank accounts

First, I find this site a bit confusing, but the SUGGESTIONS link brought me here. So. I would like to see a stripped down version extremely easy to operate (grandmothers) capable of only two actions: verified HTTPS session (only!) by browser, as to perform online banking; and some mechanism for either printing (probably not) or recoding data. For the latter, I suggest ability to download a printable file to a USB thumb drive, but only AFTER the browser is switched off. The browser should be disabled once the thumb drive is enabled during the session. Just my ideas -- maybe someone can suggest alternative CDs for read-only access to online banking operations?
