Allow applets to change the server using drag&drop

Applets should seamlessly transition between Melange, sidebar, AWN and any other applets server by simply dragging them.
I drag the applet to sidebar, and it changes it's server to sidebar, I drag it off from sidebar to AWN and applet changes it's server to AWN.

I agree with this entirely - certainly dragging between melange and the sidebar is what users expect, and dragging to AWN would be cool.
