Universal Applets

Remove /etc/universal-applets/prefix

Putting the install location of universal-applets into /etc/universal-applets/prefix means that users can't have multiple installs of universal-applets (unless using a chroot), and also forces developers to run 'sudo make install' before they can test their code.

We should have an autodetection mechanism in src/lib/universal-applets/__init__.py to determine where the install prefix is.
