ClearWeather should use the location code or name of a city

The ClearWeatherScreenlet is using a location code and some users have problem with obtaining this code from www.weather.com. The screenlet should allow to use name of city (let's say in format "city, country") or should contain a fool-proof instructon how to get the code.
