Remove dependency to KAKASI library

Now Unihandecode depends on KAKASI library to determine pronounce in Japanese. Uhihandecode only use a part of KAKASI features, and several are duplicated with Unihandecode itself.
We can port KAKASI functionality into Unihandecode inside to avoid dependency to KAKSI and duplication.
To realize it, we need to convert kakasidict into a form of python dict.
