Port all Components to Cross-Arch Python

The current version of Unify relies on a C version of pairing_tool and uses a couple of shell scripts for auto-detection of devices. The C issue is absolutely essential to allow for use on 32-bit systems, and it would be nice not to have to rely on shell scripts for any work.

Perhaps combine both the detection and Information scripts into the same file, since they both do basically the same thing with different levels of verbosity.
