Merge all incompressible solver variants into UCSolver

We have several variants of the incompressible unified continuum solver (variable density, FSI, pure incompressible flow) which should be merged into one for easier generalization and maintenance. All existing solvers can be mapped to this one, for example for pure incompressible flow, we set the density to a constant profile and (optionally) disable computation of the density equation.
