Don't use absolute paths for the libraries and frontend files of the PDA version

It is necessary to add a directory search, in order to automatically look for the compactgui.uiml, uimldotnetcf.uiml and cswf-1.0.uiml files. We could add them to the output directory, and automatically search for them there.

This is necessary to be able to easily deploy the UIML renderer on a PDA (e.g. one with localized folders, such as 'Programmabestanden' (Dutch) instead of 'Program Files').
