Integrate GTK# absolute positioning backend

I once created a GTK# vocabulary (and backend) that used the Gtk.Fixed container (supporting absolute positioning). This was integrated with the layout management technique, so we not only had layout management for SWF and CSWF, but also for GTK#. This code is lying around in a directory, build on an older version of Uiml.net and needs to be integrated in the mainline.
