Basing this on the ubuntu-wallpapers package and the wallpapers from the latest archive in the wallpaper bug in ugr-meta
Wallpaper testing package now in dev builder. After it is confirmed good it needs to be added as a dep in ugr-meta and ubuntu-wallpapers removed.
The package had an issue with the launchpad builds where the wallpaper folder was empty. This was fixed by adding a debian/install file. It appears good now, all of the wallpapers work as expected.
