Remove ugr-desktop-gc

Initially, this project thought we would have to repackage original GNOME to make it work with GNOME 3. This is not the case. This package was shipped by ugr-meta and provided a regular Ubuntu install. This is being replaced by ugr-session-fallback, which forces GNOME 3 to start a session that simulates original GNOME.

All ugr-desktop-g3 files need to be removed, and references removed in metapackage-map and debian/control
