Light version for slow machines

Registered by Sergey "Shnatsel" Davidoff

Create a "light" version of Ubuntu Furry Remix to let older machines use the its full potential. The main limitation is Ubuntu's requirement of 192mb of memory, so let's target 128mb.

Whiteboard

Xubuntu isn't light enough, actually, it's heavier than Ubuntu with GNOME. Yes, it's faster a bit, but the system requirements are the same.
Lubuntu isn't stable enough. Runtu LXDE is, but it's a mess. Maybe there's some other good Ubuntu-based LXDE distro?
Enlightenment is OK, but I doubt if it's themeable enough. OpenGEU is as unstable as Gentoo, but Bodhi linux might be a good base.
