Move contents from old UFL manual to appendix

* Transfer relevant contents from the old UFL manual to rst files. Review the content to make sure that all info is still relevant.
* Have a look at the UFL chapter in the FEniCS-book to see if there is additional information which is interesting.
* Improve docstrings in the module to let Sphinx generate the documentation for the interface automatically.

MER: I'll start playing with the sphinx autodoc part
KBO: Can't you just generate the .rst files automatically using the same script that we use for dolfin?
This will give us the programmer's reference for UFL, then we just need to translate the old manual to .rst such that we can integrate it with the programmer's reference.
