Using SyncML protocol to synchronize contacts

Registered by Simon

Servers like http://www.scheduleworld.com offer a service allowing to have the same address book on each of your internet-connected devices. With Ubuntu, it uses syncevolution.
It think, as Ubuntu one already offers to have an internet address book usable with evolution, that adopting the syncML protocol to share this address book with not Ubuntu devices likes smartphones would be a good idea.
