Dynamic IP Functionality Provided by Ubuntu One Servers

It would be really neat if I were able to network my computers' while I'm out and about. For instance, if I could SSH into my desktop at home from my netbook at school without knowing the machine's current IP address, or sync code on a private project cvs hosted on a friend's machine. Right now, this kind of functionality can be provided by services like dynip.com, but if it were integrated directly into UbuntuOne, it would make things a lot easier.
