Time-of-day Bandwidth Limits
The Ubuntu One client should allow the user to specify bandwidth limits based on the time of day. Specifically, it should be made possible to set a bandwidth limit of 0KB/s (no download/uploading at all) during specific hours of the day, and no-limit during night-time hours, so the user can take advantage of cheaper off-peak data with their ISP, if their ISP charges separately for on-peak and off-peak data.
This may only be of concern for large file sync's. It would be great if bandwidth limits could also be imposed based on the type of service, so a user can choose to never sync files during peek hours, yet continue to sync bookmarks etc.
This may also necessitate some means of reminding the user that their files may not be in sync while they are browsing them.
