Sharing Notes
Note sharing with one/many contacts would be useful; real time editing would be nice, but not essential

Whiteboard
It's very nice that Tomboy can sync notes with Ubuntu One; however, the fact that one can't share individual notes/notebooks with others means there is not much use for the service so far (apart from backup).
My proposal:
* initially allow sharing notes/notebooks so others using Tomboy or a compatible client can edit them asynchronously (it is the users' task to avoid creating conflicts by updating at the same time, usually via out-of-band communication like IM and email)
* basic conflict handling could be added later (note is locked during sync, conflict resolution similar to svn/bzr and friends -> manual)
* future developments could include real time editing support on the protocol level, so others can write desktop apps, and an online GUI for doing the same thing
