Fixed headers for webclient

Hi, there.
I'd like to propose a feature to help out users that have lots of files on a Ubuntu One folder:
The header that shows its content until the "Breadcrumbs" could stay fixed and only the list of files should scroll.
I think its quite annoying to scroll up to the page header just to click on "Upload file" link.
PS: I will create a wiki page describing this in details, but I think that the WebDev team got what I'm thinking. ;)
