Use an emblem to show which file are waiting to be uploaded

When the client is uploading new files I think it would be nice to see which files are waiting to be uploaded, maybe using emblems (like the files in downloading and uploading state)

Thanks for the idea! This has been implemented (although I think we are working on some new icons). We're not using the blueprint tracker in launchpad for this project though, instead we are tracking work in the bug tracker so I'm going to set this to obsolete to close it out.
