Social Media Moderators for Ubuntu GNOME Channels

I suggested to have 2-4 moderators for our Social Media Channels and to be more specific here:

Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/UbuntuGNOME

Google+ Community: https://plus.google.com/communities/100673791047097085645

As for Twitter and Website, I personally can handle for now and there are none-interaction on these two channels. I use the website and Twitter to post announcement, news, etc. Users do post on Facebook and Google+ and interact more on these two that is why we need more manpower over there.

[Required Skills/Experience]
1- Facebook and/or Google+ Experience - at least, you should be familiar with everything related to Pages on Facebook and Google+ and Communities on Google+.

2- SUPER Nice and Friendly is a MUST. No matter how bad/rude the post is, you need to handle that in a very nice and friendly way.

3- You need to be active. Daily activities of 1 hour minimum.

4- While our main concern is the quality of our posts and overall interactions with users, we also do care about quantity so the more subscribers to our channels, the better.

5- Moderate Posts, answer Qs and direct users to the right channel for example if they ask a technical Q, you need to direct them to one of the support channels: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuGNOME/ContactUs#Ask_for_Help_.26_Support

6- Communicate with your team mates and keep them updated as always.

7- Make sure to read this: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuGNOME/CommunicationsTeam and keep an eye on: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuGNOME/CommunicationsTeam/November2013 and help Ubuntu GNOME Communications Team to be even better and work for the greater good of Ubuntu GNOME. Spreading the word of our system is also a priority :)

[Frédéric Lagneau] I'm on two social networks my friend, Facebook and G+ so where you need them most. I can be on two, if there are people speak French to guide them. And I publish article on Ubuntu Gnome or Linux (Kernel, etc.)

[amjjawad] Welcome both SonikkuAmerica & Frédéric Lagneau. We are walking on the right path BUT we do need MORE people to join. Once SonikkuAmerica is ready, he will join the moderators on our Google+ Community, however this is not enough. I need more people to join. Now, it is time for a small meeting between the 3 of us to highlight some important topics and have a plan to work on for the next 4 months until 14.04 is released. We shall have so much fun and some tasks to fulfil ;)
I do prefer Google+ Hangout Meeting so that everyone can see or listen to us (you can indeed hide your face and keep your voice if you are a shy person :P) but if one of you is not very comfortable with this idea/suggestion, we can go with an IRC meeting BUT I do hope we can do Google+ Hangout, it would be a plus and very helpful to everyone.

[Frédéric] Ok, for me, decide a date when everyone is available. For G+ I do not have a cam on my desktop, read, write in English ok, talk ... :D lol IRC is also very good. Maybe even better if we have new in the facebook team, not G+. IRC is universal.

@Everyone: I have marked this as 'Implemented' for this Cycle but with the new cycle (14.10), we need an urgent re-assessment to everything in this regard. Yes, moderators have been found. Yet, the performance was low IMHO.

We shall discuss that at the beginning of the next cycle. I shall add this to:
