QA Utopic Unicorn (14.10) Roadmap

1- Have two groups within Ubuntu GNOME QA Team:
(a) Testing Group.
(b) Bug Triage (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Bug%20triage) Group.

While it is always great to have testers who report bugs, it is even better to have people to carry on with bug triages. We tried to do that during the Trusty Tahr Cycle but we couldn't implement it. We hope to do it this cycle in a better way.

2- Stick to Ubuntu Release Schedule (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases) for Utopic Unicorn and the milestones release (Alpha 1, Alpha 2, etc). Our tests must be done before the release day of any milestone.

3- Make sure Ubuntu GNOME 14.04 LTS Points of Release are released on the scheduled planned date which is exactly similar to Ubuntu 14.04 LTS schedule.

4- As always, recruiting more testers is needed and good idea. We hope to carry on with this for this cycle as well.

5- If possible to have some training/courses/classrooms for our testers to make sure they are following the right procedure and being helpful as much as possible.
