Recruiting more contributors if we wish to have an LTS Release

Registered by amjjawad 

As you may know, Ubuntu GNOME Team is a young team which has less manpower to commit to an LTS release. We have just started to organize our team and recruit more members 3 months ago or less:

We are still at the beginning to have a fully active team but that does not mean we can't carry on with other tasks.

While the mission is not easy at all, it is not impossible as well. That is why, we do need to recruit some experienced and dedicated contributors with specific skills if we wish to have an LTS release in the coming 6 months. It is 14.04 cycle and we don't have much time, we need to hurry up :)

Email sent to our mailing list and forwarded to other mailing lists (Ubuntu Quality Team, Bug Squad, etc):

And hopefully, we will get what we need and looking for :)

Whiteboard

[amjjawad] Do we need more contributor? if the answer is 'Yes' then we do need to recruit more but that needs to wait because this is the holidays seasons and I don't think there will be any response. Let's please finalize this ASAP so we can focus on other tasks and move forward :)
