Human Resources (Recruiting) Sub-Team

I hosted this session at UOS (Ubuntu Online Summit) 1406:
http://summit.ubuntu.com/uos-1406/meeting/22305/howto-join-and-contribute-to-ubuntu-communities/

One of the suggestions and/or ideas that we discussed - see: http://pad.ubuntu.com/uos-1406-howto-join-and-contribute-to-ubuntu-communities - was to create a sub-team within Ubuntu Communities to take care of the recruiting process/task instead of doing that randomly or putting everything on one-man's shoulder.

By creating a dedicated sub-team, we shall gain these benefits:

1- Recruiting volunteers and contributors to our team in more organized approach.
2- Instead of keeping the recruiting process as a one-person task, it becomes a team-work task.
3- Non-technical volunteers and contributors who can't help with anything at all (example: Wiki, Translation, etc) they can help with recruiting either online OR real life.
4- No matter how many 'active' people we have within our team, we shall always need more people on different areas and such need will increase by time so it is necessary to pay more attention and doing it the right way.

Mainly, above are the advantages of creating new sub-team.

As for disadvantages, I can't see any as of now :)

Thank you!
