Change logs for flwm source package in Xenial

flwm (1.02+git2015.04.29-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream git snapshot with FLTK 1.3 support.
    + Drop patch 03-parantheses-warnings.diff, obsoleted by upstream.
    + Refresh remaining patches where needed.
    + Build-depend on libfltk1.3-dev instead of libfltk1.1-dev
  * Declare compliance with Debian Policy 3.9.6. (No changes needed.)
  * Convert debian/copyright to machine-readable DEP5 format and update
    copyright owners and years.
