* rtl_sdr: an I/Q recorder for RTL2832 based DVB-T receivers
* rtl_tcp: an I/Q spectrum server for RTL2832 based DVB-T receivers
* rtl_test: a benchmark tool for RTL2832 based DVB-T receivers
