* debian/tests/systemd-service-test.sh: fix to work on systems where eth0
does not exist.
* debian/patches/skip-already-loaded-modules.patch: Don't fail on
modprobe since the driver might be built-in.
* debian/tests/basic-daemon-test.sh, debian/tests/systemd-service-test.sh:
since these are both marked as 'isolation-container', don't try to set the
process priority in the config or the send/receive buffer sizes since
these are host-privileged operations we probably don't have access to.
