Make YaST2 to compile under Ubuntu and make it available in the repos

YaST2 is a great tool to fine tune the system for advanced and new users. It is built modulized so that a new gui can be created (a soc guy is currently creating a GTK gui which looks very impressive, qt and ncurses ones are already available) and new modules can be added very easily.
Furthermore we can access configuration files like if they were data structure because of YCP.
Work together with upstream so that YaST compiles in Ubuntu without problems and make sure that the configuration modules do work with Ubuntu with upstream code, too. Then make Ubuntu packages and finally maybe integrate the YaST module items in the System -> Administration menu.
Note that the yast4debian project is dead as far as I know.
