Breezy Synaptics TchPad Support broken by Dapper (Wacom)

xorg.conf is incorrectly created, instead of an entry for synaptics touchpad, there is a bunch of garbage about wacom. It worked great in breezy, but now its broken, one can use the mouse but not the scrollbar, qsynaptics, etc.
