on xorg crash because of wrong configure can be booted with vesa or a alternate configure file

it can be, that someone had the xorg.conf wrong configured. i would find it great, if the user can chose on the fail message an option to let him boot with a alternate xorg.conf, that he can boot the system. then he can see a message, that a xorg.conf is running in alternate mode and make him known to reconfigure his xorg.conf
