xen improvements for feisty
We need to provide better tools for using XEN in feisty fawn, in particular to provide "just install it" support for ordinary Ubuntu virtual server domU's on an Ubuntu dom0.

2006-11-30: updated with mention to 2.6.20 and paravirt-ops waiting for approval.
2006-11-30: Approved. Lot of work here, but I think it's all covered.
2006-12-11: Blocked on upstream 2.6.19 merge proccess. Unfortunately xen paravirt is only for domU and not dom0. So we still need a kernel that does dom0
2006-02-01: 2.6.19 kernel uploaded, updated our xen binaries, initrd created on post install, grub is detecting xen kernels, and hypervisor. Will install xen-meta tonight.
2006-04-27: Need to pull in a new xenman. Unstable has 0.6-1 and it is much better than current 0.5. (BTW, what is the correct way to request new upstream code? Is there a feisty+1 for xen blueprint?)
