Road to Sensible X Packages

Right now, X in Breezy is a collection of monolithic 6.8.2, a lot of CVS HEAD, and some release tarballs from the modular tree, as well as Mesa 6.3.2. This should all be collected together to form a coherent whole (including a modular server) for Dapper, so we can make it properly supportable.
