A selector for driver, maybe embedded in a x-control-panel

Maybe its a good idea to make a selector for drivers in X11 for people who are afraid of glx-config-enable, aticonfig and CLI. If we put it al together in a general control panel(like YAST), maybe a lot of computer/Linux illiterates will use Ubuntu.

* 2007-08-17 bryce: Please test DisplayConfigGtk to verify it now provides these capabilities. I'm not certain that it currently is able to select binary drivers, but this should be checked and if not, bugs filed against it. Other than that, I think we can consider this spec proposal completed.
