Program to start windows directly from Ubuntu

Hallo
Many Users must use Windows and Ubuntu simultaniously. It is anoying to restart the Computer to get to the other Bootsystem. XEN is not really helpful, because some people have games or stuff. So it would be helpful to have a program, which loads windows system from the other partition into a window, that one can use those speacial programs installed in windows.
