Windows .exe poup
The idea is: when a unexpericed user clicks on an exe an popup say him that its a windows file and he can choose free soft which can do the same and if you want t run it, you will need wine. And 2 buttons: Install Wine and Cancel

For me this is a must be. But there should be more options than Install Wine and Cancel. If the app responsible for displaying this popup (let's call it exe-wrapper) detects that somefile.exe is a self-extracting archive it should also offer extracting it. And if exe-wrapper detects that somefile.exe is Mono app, then it should be run using Mono.
And if it's "normal" .exe program, then options should be: "Install Wine", "Search for native app in USC" (it should really help searching, not only launch USC) and "Cancel". ~grzesiek1e5
