For many services you have to register a phone or e-mail address. Let ubuntu made one for you

Motivated by the apple function to create instant new Mail address for new services and accounts I don't see any clue why not do the same for phone numbers?
Allow installing and register Telegram/Riot/Gajim with instant generated phone number/Ubuntu e-mail/xmpp address.
For Free: A Phone number to receive Textmessages and calls, calling other Ubuntu users, use it on Voip client.
Paid: Allow Calling/Messaging outside.
