System Restore with active sync running all the time to prevent crash and faster restore

The system files will be located at 2 places in the system while installation which will have read-only access, so if anytime any system file is corrupted or deleted it can be automatically restored from this backup location and if anybody has Internet connection he can sync up from the site also so his system will never get crash/ corrupted.
In other word he will have a restore point from where he can restore his system anytime he wants as well as an internal service will also be running which will automatically restore important system files / library from a backup location to keep system healthy and up to date and this will check on every boot / shutdown.
Here users can change the settings if they want to do it on startup / shutdown / weekly or never if they are experts and they don’t want this.

This will help all of us to have a crash free system and people can have a system which will never crash / corrupt and they can allow children / older people to use without any restricted access.
