US International Keyboard Layout - Microsoft

Current US International Keyboard with Dead Keys Layout differs significantly from Microsoft. This poses a problem for users who work in multiple languages on microsoft keyboards and in ubuntu. In addition, the c-cedille is currently defined as Right-Alt + comma. On a US keyboard, the comma key is directly above the Right-Alt key, making it nearly impossible to easily access.
