Update manager notification icon integrated into unity

The update manager will appear as an icon on the unity menu bar in the top right hand corner. When an update is needed a notification will be put up saying updates available click here to install. When the icon is clicked the update manager is called. In order to make the update manager less obtrusive when working one should be able to checkt the progress of an update when clicking on the menu item.
