Unity dash - add all applications and settings button

Currently there is no intuitive way to access the settings or all applications through Unity. Many new users find it difficult to find applications and settings, they then end up using the search bar.

To resolve this adding two new sections to the dash could dramatically improve the intuitiveness. The sections to add to the dash are a button to list all of the applications and a button to display the settings.

This would then make it far easier for new users to find the applications installed and the settings for Ubuntu.
