UFW GUI and Ubiquity

Since UFW comes installed in Ubuntu by default, we should provide an option in Ubiquity to enable it during the install. However, it would be unfair to have this as an option and not have a GUI to manage it once Ubuntu is installed. Other distros have firewall GUIs and as Ubuntu becomes more popular, it is becoming more of a necessity to allow users to manage a firewall on the desktop. This can be accomplished by using `gufw` or a derivative. Additionally, we should consider enabling UFW by default on the Live CD for improved security.

As of Jaunty, ufw has debconf support for enabling ufw, adding certain known ports and specifying service, port and protocol combinations.
