# Crowdsourcing Art #
if we are serious about doing this and expected good results, we should schedule routine communications to keep this in people's minds and prod results. that is, sending out an email once and then expected great results is not going to happen. we have to show that we are serious about this (by routinely commenting and perhaps showing examples received) for people to react seriously.
